Yes, marriages solemnized under Arya Samaj Vedic rituals are legally valid under the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955. The certificate issued by Arya Vaidik Sabha serves as an authentic, official proof of marriage which you can submit to the Government Marriage Registrar to obtain your government-registered marriage certificate.

As per Indian law, the minimum age required at the time of marriage is 21 years for the groom and 18 years for the bride. Verified government age proof documents (like 10th mark sheet, birth certificate, or passport) must be submitted during booking.

The complete Vedic wedding ceremony (mantra chanting, Havan-yagya, Varmala, Panigrahan, Agni Pradakshina / Pheras, and Saptapadi) takes approximately 1.5 to 2 hours. The bilingual marriage certificate is prepared and issued immediately after the successful completion of the rituals.

At least two witnesses are mandatory on the day of the marriage ceremony. The witnesses must carry their valid government-issued ID proofs (such as Aadhaar card, Voter ID, or PAN card) and must sign the official marriage register in person.
